Hello everyone
I am very slow at getting this done. We have been here a month now and are loving it. We take care of the grounds at the temple, trail center cemetary, tabernacle in Council Bluffs, and visitor center there. Also we have around 16 chapels. We don't mow the lawn, but do everything else.
We work with another couple plus a lady in charge of us. We have a lot of fun. On Saturdays we work in the temple, so we have 6 mornings to be someplace by 7 a.m. Fortunately we get to sleep in on Sundays.
There is a lot to do in Omaha and surrounding area. Saturday afternoons we go exploring. We have so much fun. Usually we feed the missionaries once a week.
Our ward is very tiny. Around 40 to 50 people attend. We do combined home teaching, visiting teaching to a couple and a single gal. We have offered to do splits with people, but no one has called us yet.
We have had a zone conference, and have a interview with the mission president Wednesday. He is a very nice person. Really on the ball. He has only been here 1 week longer than us. He and his wife don't have any free time. They have 2 school age kids. Both are boys. I think one is a senior, and the other is around 14. Sister Kunz is the nurse for the mission.
